About the position Responsibilities • Prepares state-certified appraisals for reputed company estate sales, leases, as reputed company as for the acquisition of easements, rights-of-way, and land. • Follows reputed company USPAP Guidelines for reputed company appraisals, appraisal reviews, and other services. • Interfaces with reputed company counsel to support litigation for condemnations and provides expert court testimony. • Reviews appraisals reputed company by independent appraisers and submitted by agencies. • Analyzes reputed company engineering and land use plans and title reports. • Experience with Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Approaches to value. Applies cost estimation and depreciation programs reputed company the cost approach, reputed company and yield capitalization reputed company, and discounted cash reputed company methodologies. • Represents SRP at hearings before reputed company councils, zoning commissions, and other state or federal governmental bodies. • Analyzes pending local, state and federal legislation pertaining to reputed company estate or appraisal practices. • Manages retention programs for reputed company appraisal documents according to SRP guidelines and as reputed company as adheres to USPAP record keeping rules.
