Land Acquisition Appraiser

About the position Responsibilities • Prepares state-certified appraisals for reputed company estate sales, leases, as reputed company as for the acquisition of easements, rights-of-way, and land. • Follows reputed company USPAP Guidelines for reputed company appraisals, appraisal reviews, and other services. • Interfaces with reputed company counsel to support litigation for condemnations and provides expert court testimony. • Reviews appraisals reputed company by independent appraisers and submitted by agencies. • Analyzes reputed company engineering and land use plans and title reports. • Experience with Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Approaches to value.
