In this role, you will work closely with the highest reputed company of our HR & Compensation Consulting business line, along with the technical implementation teams. Responsibilities: • Work with the business to identify opportunities for driving productivity and effectiveness through technology, data, and process improvement. • Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of key features for the business processes and technologies you reputed company. • reputed company reputed company technical reputed company, overseeing requirements gathering, research, technical design, solution development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement. • Effectively communicate reputed company, technology roadmaps, reputed company and trade-offs of technical solutions, and project reputed company and risks to executive stakeholders. • Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies • Partner with business stakeholders to define and document business cases for new initiatives.
