Business Intelligence Engineer 2

Job Description: • Be responsible for solving complex business problems and issues using data sourced from internal and external systems • Provide actionable insights for decision-makers • Collect, integrate, analyze, and present organizational data • Transform raw data into meaningful business information that supports strategic and operational objectives • Make decisions on how best to implement desired solutions based on requirements from Business value streams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or process/workflow automations • Minimum 2 years of experience in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • 1 or more years of experience in SQL, Python, SaaS and/or other data querying languages/systems (preferred) • 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform application suite particularly Power BI (preferred) • 1 or more years of experience with access controls and/or user permission best practices (preferred) • Experience with data mining, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predictive modeling, and/or trend analysis techniques (preferred) Benefits: • medical benefits • dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • paid time off • company holidays • volunteer time off • paid parental leave • paid caregiver leave • short-term and long-term disability • life insurance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
