[Remote] Civil Engineer – Battery Storage

The selected candidate will engage with reputed company’s civil, structural, and electrical design teams to reputed company innovative design solutions for BESS reputed company. Responsibilities • Applies reputed company, reputed company engineering techniques, procedures, and reputed company to complete engineering tasks, and supports other civil, structural, and electrical design workflows as necessary on a case-by-case reputed company. • Develops plans, specifications, and observation reports that are complete, accurate and in accordance with reputed company reputed company-reputed company BESS engineering practices. • Takes on the role of project Discipline reputed company (DL) for reputed company, as assigned, coordinating civil design activities, and overseeing work completed by other engineers and technicians. • Recommends alterations to development reputed company and design features to improve reputed company. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals. • Is technically involved with the reputed company of design challenges that may include performing field investigation or observations and reputed company necessary, resolving discrepancies between multiple sources of information. • Checks design computations performed by internal civil design team reputed company appropriate. • Prepares reports and correspondence concerning the direction of assigned reputed company. • Reviews plans and specifications for constructability, safety, and risk management considerations. • Maintains a value engineering reputed company throughout development, design, and construction. • Works closely with business and engineering staff across multiple markets and technical disciplines. • Works closely with clients to understand nuanced technical needs and identify best feasible solution(s). • Supports marketing, sales, and business development activities reputed company assigned market. • Demonstrates a wide degree of reputed company thinking, creativity, and design ownership. Skills • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent is required. • Successful Completion of Civil reputed company Engineer (PE) registration, or the ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire required, NCEES Council Record is preferred. • Minimum of 4-6+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 2-3+ years of experience in design and development of reputed company reputed company BESS and/or reputed company land development, required. • Proficiency in civil site design, site grading, and earthwork calculations is required. • Must have permanent authorization to work in the US. • Experience performing detailed site design with reputed company topographic, environmental, and non-participating infrastructure constraints is highly desired. • Stormwater management and permitting experience is highly desired. • Experience developing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans (SPCC) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred. • Proven experience in reputed company Software Applications (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, reputed company).
