We’re seeking a Community Manager to own, operate, and elevate the full community experience inside The SteelPoint Foundry - a high-energy, high-connection membership for entrepreneurs committed to scaling their businesses, leadership, and lives.
This is a role where you will drive structure, engagement, culture, accountability, and execution across all member touch points.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Community Experience & Membership Journey
• You will be the operational and experiential manager of the entire community.
• You will design and enforce the standards for onboarding, communication, engagement, and continuous membership success.
• You will partner with the Community Leader, supporting her as the face and visionary while you ensure execution, structure, and consistency across the platform.
• You will own the member onboarding experience with a defined 90-day engagement and onboarding process.
Manage Weekly & Bi-Weekly Community Calls
• Prepare agenda’s, structure topics, and ensure all materials are ready.
• Manage chat, engagement, notes, and assist in flow during live sessions.
• Capture clear, clean, and actionable call recaps.
Drive Community Engagement & Accountability
• Post prompts, questions, wins, and updates to keep the community active and talking.
• Track and elevate engagement metrics weekly.
• Follow up with inactive members and re-engage them with clarity and care.
• Build and nurture relationships with members so they feel connected and supported.
Run Community Operations & Systems
• Manage the full community calendar: calls, reminders, events, and rhythms.
• Own attendance, participation, and KPI tracking across all community activities.
• Keep the community platform organized, updated, and easy to navigate.
• Ensure every member knows what’s happening, when it’s happening, and how to participate.
Build Resources, Tools & Materials
• Help create templates, checklists, onboarding guides, and community resources.
• Support in capturing wins, transformation stories, and member highlights for marketing purposes.
• Provide insights to the marketing team to showcase community progress and impact.
Support Hot Seats, Breakouts & Accountability structures
• Coordinate hot seat schedules, Education topics, and accountability groups.
• Ensure members know expectations, timing, and follow-through steps.
• Build simple systems to track commitments and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communicator with confidence in group settings, both on Zoom and inside community platforms.
• Natural connector. Someone who genuinely loves building relationships.
• Highly organized, structured, and consistent.
• Fast-moving, responsive, and proactive.
• Comfortable supporting other leaders and operating behind the scenes without needing the spotlight.
• Experience in online community management, events, or operations is a plus.
• Calm under pressure and great at managing multiple conversations at once.
• Hungry to grow into an expanded leadership role as the community scales.
• Skool Community platform experience a nice bonus.

Compensation:
• Base Salary - $60,000 - $75,000+ (based on experience)
• Performance-Based Bonus – Tied to engagement, retention, and community KPI’s.

• Fully Remote Position – Limited travel will be required.
