[Remote] Corporate Attorney – Investment Funds (Remote Contract Engagement)

They are seeking an reputed company Investment Funds Attorney to assist with an internal project for a global reputed company reputed company, focusing on private investment funds and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities • Assist one of its global reputed company clients with an internal project • Advise on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds • Draft and negotiate fund governing documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, reputed company letters, private placement memoranda, and investment management agreements • Counsel clients on the Investment Advisers reputed company, securities law, and other regulatory obligations applicable to fund managers and advisers Skills • 5+ years of experience working on Investment Funds reputed company at a large or mid-sized reputed company • Experience advising on the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, reputed company estate funds, and other pooled investment vehicles • Experience drafting and negotiating fund governing documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, reputed company letters, private placement memoranda, and investment management agreements • Experience counseling clients on the Investment Advisers reputed company, securities law, and other regulatory obligations applicable to fund managers and advisers • Licensed and in good standing in state of residence • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding references • Prior experience working in the corporate department of a national or regional reputed company is strongly preferred Benefits • Group medical, dental, and reputed company insurance • Complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance • A reputed company 401k plan • CLE and reputed company Expense stipend reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company services company that provides employing, in-house counseling, and law attorneys.
