You will be the voice of Restore reputed company—creating content that inspires, informs, and strengthens relationships with our community. This is a virtual, remote-friendly role ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, creative, and excited about working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Communications • reputed company, write, and schedule email campaigns that inform, reputed company, and guide customers through the Restore reputed company experience. • Manage customer communication flows, including product announcements, educational content, and retention sequences. • Analyze performance metrics for optimizations. • Maintain a consistent brand voice across reputed company digital channels. • Collaborate with customer support to improve proactive communications and reduce confusion or friction points. reputed company Media Management • Plan, create, and publish daily content across reputed company reputed company media platforms (Instagram and reputed company). • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and identify opportunities to reputed company community stories. • reputed company performance metrics and reputed company insights to improve engagement and reputed company.
