Associate, Customer Enablement
The Associate, Customer Enablement will help customers realize more value from the SevenRooms platform by executing customer lifecycle communications, building and QA automated journeys, and running adoption and activation reporting.
Requirements
• 1+ years experience in reputed company operations or reputed company industries
• Proficient using data and insights to optimize a digital customer reputed company
• Comfortable working with BI tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Looker, reputed company Sheets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and reputed company in a cross-functional work environment
