Job Title: Remote Copywriter & SEO Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800 - 2,200 USD/month paid via direct deposit Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time Job Overview Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing digital marketing agency that's been rapidly scaling over the past 12 months. As a young and fun team, they're passionate about delivering exceptional results for their clients across diverse industries. They're a small, senior-level marketing agency that partners with brands in outdoor adventure, local services (like auto and home), meds pa/health, and e-commerce. They act as a fractional CMO + marketing team for their clients—building strategy, running campaigns, and creating content that actually drives revenue, not just vanity metrics. We're seeking a Content Writer / SEO Specialist who loves writing, can adapt to different brand voices, and understands how search and content work together to grow traffic, leads, and sales. This is a hands-on writing role with a strong SEO component. You’ll be responsible for planning, writing, and optimizing content across multiple brands and industries. One day you might be outlining a blog post for an adventure tour company, the next you’re reworking service pages for a local dent repair shop, the next you’re writing an email campaign for a med spa. If you’re a creative, high-level English writer who also enjoys keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic analytics—and you like variety—this role is for you. Responsibilities: Content & Copywriting • Own copywriting for the agency and client brands, including: • Website copy and landing pages (often building pages from scratch: structure, messaging, and on-page copy) • Blog posts and long-form articles that are genuinely useful and well-researched • Email newsletters and automated flows / workflows • Short-form copy: SMS campaigns, social captions, promo blurbs, ad copy • Metadata: page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, headings • Promotional materials: one-pagers, print pieces, simple sales collateral • Google Business Profile content: business descriptions, services, posts, and product blurbs SEO & Strategy Support • Perform keyword research and translate it into content plans, outlines, and on-page optimizations • Implement on-page SEO best practices across new and existing content (headlines, structure, internal links, keyword placement, etc.) • Optimize and update existing content to improve rankings, click-through rates, and engagement • Assist with content-driven SEO audits (e.g., gaps, cannibalization, thin content) and propose improvements • Review performance in Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console to identify what’s working and where there’s opportunity • Help build and maintain content calendars based on search demand, brand priorities, and campaign needs Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with our leadership team and designers to bring campaigns and pages to life • Take constructive feedback well and iterate quickly • Manage your time and tasks in a project management tool (e.g., ClickUp or similar) and consistently hit deadlines • Ask smart questions, surface ideas, and contribute to content strategy—not just fulfill tickets Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies Non-Negotiable Requirements • Exceptional written English. • You write clearly, naturally, and persuasively for US audiences. Your grammar, structure, and tone are strong. • Proven content + SEO experience. • At least 4+ years writing marketing content for websites, blogs, and/or email. • Hands-on experience with on-page SEO (not just “I know what keywords are”). • Brand voice chameleon. • You can learn a brand quickly and adjust your writing style across very different industries and tones. • Comfort with SEO tools & analytics. • Able to perform basic keyword research and build outlines based on that research. • Comfortable reading Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console at a basic level. You don’t have to be a data analyst, but you do need to be able to pull insights and make content decisions. • Channel versatility. • Experience writing for websites, blogs, email, and at least some short-form promo copy (SMS, ads, etc.). • Reliable, organized, and proactive. • You manage your own time well, meet deadlines, and communicate early if something might slip. • You’re curious, coachable, and open to feedback.
