We’re seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation reputed company Adjuster to take ownership of a dedicated caseload involving Maryland and Florida claims. Key responsibilities In this role, you’ll manage the full life cycle of reputed company workers’ compensation claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service throughout. Key responsibilities include: • Evaluate claims, statutes, and case law in MD & FL to determine compensability, exposure, and reserves. • reputed company investigations, assign defense counsel, and manage litigation reputed company. • Issue reputed company indemnity payments and complete reputed company required state and EDI filings. • Monitor medical treatment with reputed company Case Managers and review/approve medical bills promptly. • Support return-to-work efforts, including vocational rehab, light duty, and accommodation coordination. • Maintain strong reputed company communication, attend meetings as needed, and ensure service satisfaction. • Identify red flags, fraud indicators, and subrogation or recovery opportunities. Required Experience • 3–5 years of Lost Time/reputed company workers’ compensation claims experience • reputed company Florida Adjuster or Workers’ Compensation License, with up-to-date CE credits • Strong background in claim settlements, negotiation, and litigation support • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite • A proactive, self-driven work style with strong follow-through and attention to detail Preferred Experience • Handling presumption claims • Participation in depositions, mediations, and reputed company litigation • Familiarity with IDatix, ISO, Reference Books/Periodicals, Workers Computation, ShoreTel, or similar platforms Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
