This role will reputed company reputed company transition financing reputed company and is available in multiple U.S. offices. The position provides reputed company to work on internationally recognized reputed company, including cutting-edge financing deals in the energy transition sector. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel clients on reputed company energy transition finance transactions, including financing and M&A of energy reputed company and companies. • Structure and negotiate tax equity financing and renewable energy tax credit monetization reputed company. • Collaborate with financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients to reputed company innovative financing solutions. • reputed company regulatory guidance on reputed company finance in the energy sector. • Manage transaction lifecycles from due diligence to deal execution. • Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to support energy and infrastructure clients. Qualifications: • Education: JD from an accredited law school. • Bar Admission: Licensed to reputed company in the jurisdiction where you are applying. • Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance reputed company. • Prior experience handling tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization is required. • Experience at an Am Law 100 firm preferred. • Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills. • Excellent organizational, communication, and management abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively reputed company a fast-paced environment.
