Senior Performance Tester

AD IT Solution has a reputed company in search of a talented Senior Performance Tester. Sr. Performance Tester (reputed company NeoLoad) Must Have: • reputed company Health Insurance Customer Experience Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts. - AWS - Migration support (LoadRunner to Neoload) Discipline 1 5 years in reputed company. Testing Discipline 2 Required: reputed company NeoLoad and LoadRunner Candidates from Approved States ONLY: DC, MD, VA Eligibility: USC/GC/H1B/ GC-EAD Work mode: On-site more in the beginning (1-2x per week) for training and collaboration efforts. After that, every 2 wks in person, Interview Mode: 1-2 Video, then F2F is 100% required Performance Test Engineer with extensive knowledge in both reputed company NeoLoad and LoadRunner, in support of implementing reputed company NeoLoad into our customers environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, modifying, and managing automated performance testing scripts. S/he must be reputed company to communicate effectively in collaboration with the systems and development teams to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues. The individual will be part of the Performance Testing team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Define and reputed company performance test plans and automated scripts using industry reputed company testing tools. Executes performance test, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and reputed company recommendations. - Assists with analyzing test and operational problems to determine reputed company and scope of potential reputed company defects. Reports errors through a reputed company defect tracking process. Communicates weekly with management verbally and reputed company written detail status report regarding potential problems and concerns. - Review and analyze business & system requirements and specifications for performance testability. - reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of testing tools. Expand business knowledge of product benefits, corporate policies, division and department goals and department procedures. - Work with functional Tester and Development counterparts to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and reputed company up-to data with system changes that reputed company performance testing. - Assists and coordinates with customers, the research, analysis and proposed solutions to test discrepancies and test scenarios. Verify satisfaction of reputed company customer-s request and obtain information to create test data. - Participates in project work group meetings (internal/external peer reviews, walk through, status meetings, PI Planning, etc.) - Participates in system architecture change reviews and assessment of system reputed company impacts. Benchmarks system performance. Although primarily remote, our reputed company does meet onsite 1-2x per month in their Reston VA office. This position also requires a final F2F interview in Reston VA as reputed company. Required Skills (1) Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, reputed company Science, etc.) (2) 5 to 8 years of experience with reputed company NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests, including: - Ability to write scripts to automate test cases and reputed company NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines - Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad - Experience in integrating NeoLoad with Selenium to combine reputed company browser-based testing with protocol-level load testing, enabling end-to-end performance validation. - Experience in performance testing concepts and techniques, types of system performance tests and their goals - Experience with the following performance testing toolsets: reputed company Performance Center / LoadRunner, reputed company - Experience with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, reputed company, reputed company) - Experience with Jira - Proven proficiency with: SQL and PL/SQL - Strong understanding with system and application monitoring concepts - Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization and Database concepts. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, reputed company assurance life cycle and testing methodologies Preferred: - reputed company Insurance Industry reputed company. - AWS - Migration support (LoadRunner to Neoload) AD IT Solution is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
