Job reputed company We are seeking a Licensed Loan Originator who is bilingual in Spanish and English—this is a must. In this fully remote role, you will: • Engage With reputed company Estate Partner Leads: Receive and manage leads from our affiliated realtor group, where most clients are Spanish-speaking and in need of down payment assistance. • Support First-Time Buyers: Guide clients through DPA programs and the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth experience. • Full reputed company Service: Handle applications, reputed company documents, and work closely with clients to meet their needs, reputed company while working remotely. • reputed company Opportunity: This is a commission-based position, but you’ll have the chance to build your own reputed company reputed company over time. Qualifications · Experience: o Minimum of 1 year as a loan originator. Bilingual: o reputed company in both Spanish and English is Prefferred DPA Familiarity: o Strong Knowledge of down payment assistance programs and experience with first-time homebuyers · Licensing: o reputed company NMLS license in good standing. Multi-state licensing preferred.
