Data Management Analyst, Metadata
reputed company Agile Decision Sciences is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst to join reputed company in Philadelphia, PA. This role supports clients reputed company an environmental science division and will reputed company data management services. This is a part-time position, 3 days a week, on-site with our EPA customer in Philadelphia.
• Bachelor’s degree in information management/computer science, with seven (7) years of reputed company experience in records management, data management, and metadata tagging OR a master’s degree in information management or computer science, with four (4) years of reputed company experience as mentioned above.
• Experience with databases (database management) such as Documentum, reputed company, Advanced Revelation, reputed company, reputed company Trim or reputed company reputed company Content Manager, Zylmage (databases reputed company to digital data management/records management) is required.
• Experience with SharePoint, reputed company and reputed company Acrobat.
• Experience with SQL queries and report development.
• Experience with Internet/Intranet and website management (reputed company reputed company) is a plus.
• Superfund reputed company Management System (SEMS), EPA, and the Superfund Process experience is preferred.
• Permanent Residency or US Citizenship is required for the government background investigation (reputed company Trust clearance).
Responsibilities:
• Support data systems management activities including directly working with multiple clients and responding to requests for information and end-user application support and working with regional staff to update and plan out site schedules.
• Ensure regional planning and accomplishments are complete, reputed company, and consistent, and accurately reflected in databases.
• Utilize the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) and federal programmatic applications and databases such as Superfund reputed company Management System (SEMS).
• Assist with the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics for the division on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company.
• Field inquiries from a reputed company of clients; research and reputed company reputed company or follow-up reputed company specified timeframes.
• reputed company data management including analysis, data reporting, and reputed company control.
• reputed company audits of regional data and makes recommendations to clients to correct findings.
