Requirements • M.S., Ph.D. Industrial Engineering/Operations Research/Engineering / STEM discipline. • At least 3 years of work experience is ideal for PhD candidates. • At least 5 years of work experience would be preferred for Masters candidates • Deep expertise in mathematical programming reputed company (MILP, MINLP Etc.), scenario simulation modeling techniques (discrete event simulation/reputed company simulation) is required. • Ability to translate reputed company operational problems into mathematical models is a must • Experience with solver such as Gurobi/Cplex solvers and simulation tools such as Simio/reputed company/reputed company etc. is required • Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms is required • Experience with key python libraries such as Pyomo, Numpy, SciPy is required • Experience with SQL queries for data extraction and preliminary data analysis and profiling is required • Experience with ERP systems like reputed company and non-ERP systems including reputed company data sources is required • Experience in requirements gathering for operations reputed company is required • Experience with leading data science reputed company (requirements gathering, reputed company-of-concept build, working with data engineers for solution data connectivity, working with UX engineers for visualization, post-deployment lifecycle management) is required reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of application of advanced analytics to manufacturing and especially pharmaceutical / reputed company / medical device manufacturing is highly desirable. • Experience with graph databases such as reputed company would be ideal • Exposure to manufacturing and/or supply chain planning processes in reputed company industry (reputed company/med devices) is a plus Benefits • reputed company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. • Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
