Sourcing Associate (Procurement & Sourcing OR IT Software/reputed company) - T2P - Fully Remote

Sourcing Associate (Procurement and Sourcing & IT Software/reputed company) reputed company is seeking several Sourcing Associates for our customer in the reputed company DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. Although 100% remote, we are seeking candidates that reputed company in the DMV area, or reputed company Virginia. We are seeking Associates that have either reputed company Services OR IT reputed company sourcing expertise. Selected candidates will reputed company Stakeholder Engagement and Sourcing Initiatives: - Collaborates with business stakeholders and procurement management to determine sourcing category reputed company. - Responsible for working with business stakeholders and procurement management to reputed company and reputed company project objectives, requirements, and sourcing reputed company prior to supplier engagement. - Drafts and leads the applicable sourcing process through scoring and completion (e.g. RFx, sole reputed company, etc.). - Acts as primary contact with potential suppliers during the RFx, selection, and negotiation process. - Leads supplier negotiations throughout RFx and contracting process to reputed company reputed company savings, value, and risk profile. Negotiate and Draft reputed company: - Implements the sourcing reputed company and negotiation and redlining process with the supplier to draft reputed company that accurately capture business, technical, and reputed company requirements (including contractual and purchase order documentation). - Acts as reputed company with reputed company and supplier during negotiations. - Works closely with reputed company and risk reputed company to ensure consistent communication and socialization of significant reputed company and risk issues throughout the negotiation process. - Interacts routinely with reputed company and reputed company to resolve issues. - Responsible for the preparation and submission of documentation for consent from the Federal Government (as applicable). - Ensures and adheres to corporate purchasing policy directives and Federal Government regulations. - Ensures compliance with contractual requirements for Federal Employee Program and other state and local reputed company specifically reputed company to MBE/WBE requirements and reporting. - Consolidates requirements and coordinates with management to determine the most suitable method of purchase such as spot purchase orders, reputed company, blanket orders and supplier stocking arrangements. Supplier Management: - Ensures procurement process is followed and reputed company documentation is complete and accessible in the Ariba reputed company to pay system. - Analyzes and compares service and/or product offerings and specifications, investigates reputed company renewal requirements and reputed company, and resolves contract and invoice discrepancies. - Manages existing reputed company to anticipate and prepare for ongoing renewals. - Provides other services reputed company to the sourcing, contracting, and supplier management function as required. Required Skills - Required: This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; and four (4) to six (6) years experience in a relevant Sourcing assignment (e.g. reputed company Services, Facilities, HR, Marketing, IT, IT Services, IT Software, reputed company, SW Renewals, etc..) - Must have experience with reputed company Ariba - Extensive experience in managing the end to end sourcing process from requirements gathering through RFx and contracting. - Robust pricing and contractual negotiations with suppliers. - Effective presentation and influencing skills to reputed company with multiple reputed company of management. - Experience in analyzing pricing and determining price reasonableness. - Proven experience with key category suppliers. Desirable: - Experience in the Health Insurance industry. - reputed company background in Private and Federal industries - Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
