User Insights & QA Specialist

About the Role Career Puck is looking for a highly detail-oriented, curious, and reliable QA & Product Insights Specialist to help us improve product reputed company and understand reputed company user behavior. This is a 20-hour per week, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys investigating issues, documenting bugs, and spotting patterns in product usage. In this role, you’ll review reputed company sessions to identify bugs or friction points, write reputed company and actionable reputed company tickets, support reputed company QA testing for new features, and collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams. You’ll be key in helping us maintain a delightful, consistent user experience across the platform.
