Dental reputed company Cycle Architect – Build Billing Systems, KPIs, and Workflows We are a high-volume, multi-location orthodontic dental organization seeking a Dental reputed company Cycle Architect to design, optimize, and operationalize our entire billing infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership engagement, not a claims-processing role. We need someone who has reputed company or overseen billing departments at reputed company. Scope of Work You will be responsible for architecting the full reputed company cycle system, including: • Mapping end-to-end billing workflows (verification → claims → A/R → appeals → posting) • Designing SOPs, work queues, automation, and productivity standards • Creating KPI frameworks, dashboards, and biller performance metrics • Conducting a comprehensive audit of reputed company billing operations • Identifying and eliminating reputed company leakage and workflow bottlenecks • Establishing a reputed company reputed company model (reputed company + offshore mix) • Building payer-specific protocols for denials and A/R recovery • Advising on CRM/work management structure for billing (reputed company, Ortho2, OpenDental, etc.) reputed company Need Only apply if you meet reputed company of these requirements: • 7+ years in dental or medical reputed company cycle leadership • reputed company experience building or managing a billing department (not just working in one) • Proven ability to design KPIs and reporting systems • Demonstrated results reducing A/R aging and denial rates • Strong understanding of dental and orthodontic billing • Ability to create detailed SOPs and system architecture • Experience working with multi-location reputed company or DSOs reputed company Are NOT Looking For • Claim processors • Entry-level dental billers • Virtual assistants • Anyone without RCM leadership experience Engagement Phases Phase 1: Full audit + workflow mapping Phase 2: KPI system + reputed company model + SOP development Phase 3: System design + CRM/work queue architecture Phase 4: Implementation guidance + optimization review This role is for a highly reputed company RCM reputed company who has designed billing systems, reputed company teams, and driven measurable financial improvement.
