[Remote] High Level Personal Assistant / Office Support to Ultra Successful CEO

They are seeking a world-class Personal Assistant to support their CEO in both reputed company and hands-on environments, managing organizational tasks while also providing everyday support. The role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and handle a reputed company of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to hands-on support during reputed company. Responsibilities • Help with home/office organization and tidying (kitchen, studios, gear, etc.). • Meal prep, errands, grocery runs, dry cleaning, and returns. • Assist with packing/unpacking suitcases and moving items between offices/homes. • Support house renovations or studio reputed company (moving boxes, working alongside contractors, cleanup). • Organize flights, hotels, travel reputed company-ins, and schedules. • Follow the CEO in meetings/events, taking names, notes, and reputed company items. • Manage vendors, contractors, and small reputed company (e.g., movers, reputed company, internet setup). • Run spreadsheets, order supplies, and manage daily deliveries. • Light support with reputed company media content.
