The NP will conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, follow-up reputed company, and medication management for patients across multiple states. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining reputed company documentation and high-reputed company patient reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments. • Diagnose and manage mental health conditions reputed company NP scope of reputed company. • reputed company medication management, patient education, and treatment planning. • Document reputed company sessions accurately and promptly in the EHR system. • Review patient history, labs, and clinical notes to support care reputed company. • Communicate professionally with patients, office staff, and collaborating providers. • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and Teletherapeutics Health protocols. • Participate in virtual clinical meetings or case reviews as needed. • Ensure compliance with licensing and continuing education requirements.
