This role involves contacting customers to obtain Accounts Payable email addresses to support the clients digital transition efforts. The project is expected to last approximately 1 month. Responsibilities: • Contact approximately 15,000 customers reputed company phone and/or email to obtain Accounts Payable email addresses. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected information in the clients database. • Follow up with customers as needed to verify email details. • Collaborate with the project team to meet daily and weekly targets. • Report reputed company and any issues to the project reputed company in a reputed company manner. Qualifications: • U.S.-based candidates only. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data collection. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment. • Previous experience in customer contact, data entry, or Accounts • Payable support is a plus.
