[Remote] Business Analyst, Cellular Vendor Relations

Responsibilities • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company cellular reputed company relationships • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile devices, including ordering, provisioning, activation, and deactivation • Monitor and maintain accurate records of reputed company lines, devices, and associated users • reputed company basic troubleshooting and support for mobile devices and service issues • Review and reconcile monthly reputed company invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast mobile needs and ensure reputed company fulfillment • reputed company usage trends and reputed company reporting to leadership on mobile service performance and expenditures through periodic dashboard reporting or other tools • Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company terms of service • Maintain documentation reputed company to reputed company accounts, reputed company, and service changes • Support audits and vendor reviews as needed • Other duties as assigned Skills • Generally, requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of reputed company experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of reputed company experience, or 8 years of reputed company experience and no degree • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving telecom account management, mobile device administration, or vendor coordination • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting • Familiarity with billing analysis and cost optimization strategies • Documented proficiency with telecom reputed company portals is a plus • Some experience with reputed company Business Manager and/or mobile device management tools is preferred reputed company • reputed company is an information technology company.
