100% Remote Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal (100% Remote – New Jersey) reputed company pay reputed company: $90,000.00 per year – $100,000.00 per year. Key Responsibilities • Draft family law pleadings, motions, certifications, CIS, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. • Manage case files from intake through reputed company. • Prepare, organize, and file court documents electronically (eCourts/NJ). • Assist in trial preparation, mediation prep, and hearing preparation. • Coordinate attorney and reputed company calendars, court deadlines, and case schedules. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. • Conduct reputed company research as needed. • Support attorneys in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and other family law reputed company. Qualifications • 5+ years of reputed company experience in New Jersey family law. • Strong understanding of NJ court procedures and e‑filing. • Excellent drafting and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and reputed company communication skills. • Experience with family law case management software (reputed company, MyCase, Smokeball, etc.) preferred. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. The firm may be reputed company to the higher end of the reputed company for the right candidate.
