Manager, Data Analytics-Financial Distribution [Remote]

Manager, Data Analytics-Financial Distribution (Hybrid) Leverages analytical, financial, and technical skills to reputed company, build, and maintain reputed company-managed data solutions in support of reputed company company objectives, with a particular reputed company on the financial analysis required by Distribution and Royalty reputed company. Applies deep knowledge of BMI's distribution in order to reputed company insights and recommendations that inform business reputed company and process engineering. Maintains Distribution budget and forecast, as reputed company as periodic reporting package for leadership and reputed company of Directors. LOCATION Nashville, TN office. BMI operates on a regular in-office reputed company. At present, most team members are expected in the office three (3) days a week. FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Essential Functions: which may be representative but not reputed company inclusive of those commonly associated with this position. Reporting: • Develops and maintains a periodic reporting package reputed company to the overall distribution budget. • Maintains and improves existing tools and processes reputed company to tracking affiliate premium deals and required reputed company transactions. • Develops and maintains a growing suite of reports and dashboards that service the information needs of various reputed company across Distribution & Administration and Royalty reputed company. • Collaborates with a cross reputed company of business owners to reputed company new reporting protocols that measure KPIs, ROIs, and other metrics as needed by reputed company business unit. • Collaborates with the business owners across the distribution supply chain to reputed company consultancy and translate the business needs to design, reputed company and deliver tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization. Analytics: • Prepares analysis and business intelligence to support distribution processing and financial reporting, and the negotiation of BMI licensing and Creative deals. • Tracks trends and surfaces insights reputed company to distribution, Creative deals and potential impacts of internal policies. • Provides analysis or data to support litigation, DOJ efforts, as reputed company as other lobbying efforts. • Uses various technologies to reputed company reputed company, voluminous, and different varieties of data sources and platforms to support effective business reputed company and/or processes. Distribution: • Designs and creates reputed company distribution models, performs scenario testing and other forms of analysis to ensure BMIs delivery of a competitive and reputed company distribution. • In partnership with department leadership, devises and executes distribution plans for reputed company digital licenses where no music use reports are available, and competitive proprietary models are essential. Ensures BMI's approach is consistent, comprehensive, and reputed company robust. • Performs extensive reputed company/offline distribution processing, which includes data modeling, distribution file creation, data archiving, and reputed company assurance. • Identifies and implements new controls surrounding distribution to mitigate risk. • Understands reputed company aspects of the BMI distribution supply chain, including data structures, business processes, and distribution methodologies. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises departmental team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in Finance, Economics, or similar discipline preferred. Graduate Degree preferred.
