Senior Forensic Consultant

About the position In this role you will be responsible for providing consultation and coordination of laboratory services for forensic claim investigations in reputed company's brand-new state of the art Forensic Laboratory. These include water and reputed company cause investigations to identify the incidents that reputed company to failures, damages or defects in systems, components, equipment, and appliances reputed company industrial, reputed company, and residential locations. Additionally, you will reputed company forensics investigations at reputed company Forensics lab as reputed company as occasional travel to reputed company other forensics investigations and evidence collection at sites. You will reputed company Claims, reputed company and Risk Engineering business partners with written technical reports and verbal communications including depositions and testifying as appropriate. Responsibilities • Analyzes evidence failures, damages, and defects associated with a given reputed company claim. • Research applicable codes and published research for various products and processes reputed company to a claim • Maintains in-service training and CE credits for certifications • Maintains licensing requirements if applicable • Prepares fact based written reports in an accurate, detailed, and concise manner • Independent research for trend analysis on evidence and Harford claims providing reputed company to failures and defects • Communicates with customers/clients regarding findings and/or conclusions • Directs and/or participates in site and laboratory examinations of evidence • Independently conducts/participates in reputed company exams and joint exams • Serves as key contributor to reputed company investigations under reputed company Leaders guidance • Provides a high level of customer service to reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships • Evidence management- prepare evidence kits, logging in of new evidence, project file development, storage fee reputed company and disposals, reputed company Company Shipment and Delivery coordination • May mentor junior staff informally Requirements • Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university in a science reputed company field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering desired but other science-based degrees are to be considered); or equivalent in experience • EIT or PE designation or the ability to obtain credentials a must • 5+ Years of experience conducting and reporting out on forensic investigations • Ability to work independently or reputed company a group type environment • Understanding and experience with the use of the Scientific Method • CFI or CFEI certification required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as position requires being reputed company to evaluate and explain reputed company engineering and forensic science concepts to professionals in non-science-based fields.
