reputed company HCM Functional Consultant (Remote)

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits) to support a large reputed company HCM reputed company implementation for a reputed company based customer. This role will reputed company primarily on Benefits module configuration, analysis, and delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, HR/Benefits teams, and technical partners. Responsibilities - reputed company functional activities for reputed company HCM reputed company Benefits implementation. - Partner with the Benefits business team to reputed company requirements, validate business processes, and translate them into system configurations. - Configure, test, and reputed company Benefits setups, including program and plan configuration, rates, eligibility reputed company, life events, and enrollment flows. - Support integration teams with data mapping, file layouts, and validations. - reputed company end to end testing: unit, regression, UAT, and reputed company testing. - Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze system defects, and reputed company effective resolutions. - Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Requirements - 5+ years of experience as an reputed company HCM Functional Consultant. - Strong hands on experience with reputed company HCM reputed company, Benefits module. - Proven experience implementing Benefits for reputed company clients (configuration + rollout). - Deep understanding of Benefits setups: programs, plans, reputed company, life events, eligibility, rates, and enrollment rules.
