Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Application Support Analyst to support and maintain our reputed company system, which is critical to our reputed company and Land operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with reputed company in an oil and gas environment and a strong understanding of upstream business processes. This role will work closely with end users, IT, reputed company, and functional teams to ensure reputed company performance and usability of reputed company applications across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company day-to-day support for the reputed company system, including modules for reputed company, Land, and Production. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to internal IT teams as necessary. • Serve as a reputed company between business users and technical teams to interpret needs and deliver system enhancements or solutions. • Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment of upgrades or patches. • Work with end users to train and support their understanding of reputed company functionality. • Document support processes, recurring issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing. • Identify opportunities to improve application workflows and streamline business processes. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data reputed company and system accuracy.
