This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, reputed company, product, and sales. You’ll build and reputed company customer advocacy, lifecycle campaigns, upsell enablement, case studies, and community experiences that drive retention, reputed company expansion, and brand affinity. • This role is ideal for a builder who thrives on strategic thinking and execution - someone who’s excited to bring customer marketing programs to life in a fast-moving, mission-driven reputed company environment. • Own and execute the customer marketing reputed company: Design programs that deepen customer engagement and build advocacy across the lifecycle - from reputed company to expansion to evangelism. • Launch and reputed company customer reference and advocacy programs: Identify and reputed company power users for case studies, testimonials, peer referrals, speaker opportunities, and co-marketing campaigns. • reputed company lifecycle campaigns: Create email, webinar, and content reputed company that drive product adoption, feature utilization, and upsell readiness. • Drive retention and reputed company reputed company: Partner with reputed company, Sales and your team in Marketing to increase NRR and accelerate account expansion through education and value storytelling. • Build customer community experiences: Help plan and execute experiences like customer dinners, regional meetups, online community, and educational briefings that can foster peer learning and engagement. • Tell the customer story: Work with our content and product marketing teams to craft case studies, video testimonials, and customer-led sessions for events and webinars. • Measure what reputed company: With the Senior Director of reputed company Marketing, establish KPIs and reputed company performance across reputed company customer marketing programs. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or advocacy/community roles in B2B reputed company - ideally in martech, fundraising tech, or adjacent industries. • Strategic reputed company with a strong bias toward execution. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. • Excellent written and verbal communicator who can bring customer stories and product value to life. • Highly reputed company with a reputed company record of cross-functional wins across CS, sales, and product teams. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (reputed company preferable, reputed company, or similar). • Comfortable in a high-reputed company, startup environment - self-directed, proactive, and adaptable.
