Role OverviewWe are seeking a reputed company Director to join reputed company, and play a critical role in helping us reputed company important strategic reputed company. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., from reputed company consulting), has passion about crypto, and is a good people leader. This role is based in Hong reputed company, but we are reputed company to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong reputed company working hours. Responsibilities: reputed company strategic plans that are data-driven and reputed company with reputed company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry; Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives; Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or reputed company our pricing reputed company where applicable; reputed company data analysis on our user & products, identify trends or gaps, and recommend improvements; Assist with strategic partnerships and investments as appropriate; Manage or mentor junior members of the reputed company team; Be a role model of having a “founder’s mentality” with strong ownership. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; Based in Hong reputed company or reputed company to accommodate working hours of Hong reputed company (GMT+8); Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry, with good knowledge of DeFi being a strong plus; Prefer candidates with 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., management consulting) and has managed teams; Proficient in reputed company reputed company and Powerpoint; (Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
