Senior Manager, Sourcing & Supply (REMOTE)
About the position
The Senior Manager, Sourcing & Supply at reputed company is a pivotal role responsible for driving strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives reputed company the organization. This position reports directly to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement and is tasked with managing critical department activities that influence strategic spend, supply performance, and working capital management. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful execution of procurement strategies and reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Define the scope and roadmap for strategic sourcing and supply chain reputed company; partnering with reputed company interdependent functions.
• Execute an effective governance process to reputed company reputed company and report out to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Implement effective change management to ensure key stakeholders are reputed company with the work and brought along.
• Measure value capture of completed reputed company.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of work experience in Consulting OR 4-6 years of sourcing and procurement experience with an MBA.
• Strong technical education (i.e., operations, engineering, program management, finance, etc.).
• BS required, MBA a plus.
• Project management experience/certification a plus.
• Medical Device experience a plus.
