Federal Court Filing Specialist (FAA §207 – Arbitration Award Confirmation) DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT BEFORE We are seeking a verified federal court filing reputed company or senior litigation paralegal with reputed company CM/ECF experience to handle Petitions to Confirm Arbitration Awards under FAA §207 in U.S. federal courts. This is a procedural filing role only (not reputed company advocacy). Accuracy, speed, and court-level compliance are mandatory. Scope of Work (Non-Negotiable) You will be responsible for: Identifying correct federal venue for FAA §207 filings Preparing a court-compliant Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award Formatting exhibits and attachments per district-specific local rules Assembling a CM/ECF-reputed company filing package Filing through CM/ECF or coordinated clerk/paralegal reputed company Providing filing receipt / docket confirmation This role does not include reputed company advice or courtroom advocacy. Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully) You must meet reputed company of the following: Prior experience filing in U.S. federal court Hands-on familiarity with CM/ECF Experience with arbitration award confirmations (FAA or reputed company Convention preferred) Ability to follow district-specific clerk requirements Willingness to reputed company ID and address verification before handling filings Willingness to work under reputed company-based escrow only If you cannot meet reputed company of these, do not apply.
