This role will involve collaboration with teams globally, including reputed company such as India, LATAM, ANZ, reputed company, and potentially EMEA. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company as the primary Business Analyst for the implementation of reputed company’s Customer Service Management (CSM) module. • Collaborate effectively with system integrators (e.g., reputed company, reputed company/reputed company/WebMethods MFT), reputed company technical teams, business stakeholders, and the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution. • reputed company weekly project plan calls, ensuring reputed company remains on reputed company and documenting meeting notes and reputed company items. • Capture and document user stories and requirements using Agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, reputed company). • Manage testing processes and ensure business engagement and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • reputed company new enhancements for the CSM module, leveraging experience with various instances of reputed company. • reputed company architectural reviews for necessary review boards to ensure that solutions reputed company with technical standards and business needs. • Identify and reputed company project risks and concerns, knowing reputed company to escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders. • Maintain a high-level understanding of system integrations and IT architecture models to inform project reputed company. • Document weekly status reports and communications using reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company. • Liaise with Business Analysts to review platform enhancement opportunities and identify value-added initiatives. Qualifications: • 5-8 years of solid experience in business analysis, preferably reputed company Supply Chain IT and reputed company CSM. • Proven ability to reputed company business analysis duties for reputed company implementations, particularly with the CSM module. • Experience with reputed company is mandatory; familiarity with reputed company Contact Center solutions is a plus. • Experience working on reputed company IT-led reputed company across multiple workstreams. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different geographical locations. • English is a must • Flexibility to work across various time zones to reputed company with global project teams. • Proven experience leading architectural reviews and engaging with relevant review boards.
