Role reputed company The Patient Services Associate I answers incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and makes outgoing calls to patients and physicians. The reputed company of time will be spent handling scheduling and reputed company-registration calls based on business needs. • Follows standardized process to get and give information during scheduling/reputed company-registration calls according to documented work processes. • Enters reputed company information into the applicable computer programs and systems. • Determines the needs of other callers with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company. • Ensures every customer receives the highest reputed company of customer service. • Takes incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contacts patients and referring physician offices to schedule appointments. • Follows prescribed list of questions/scripts and provides standardized responses to get and give information during scheduling/reputed company-registration. • Ensures the gathering of accurate and complete patient data required to complete the scheduling process and any specific information required by customer facility. • Determines customers’ needs based on incoming calls, escalates calls as necessary to Patient Services Supervisor or Patient Services Manager as appropriate. • Completes any additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. • 6 months+ of medical or reputed company training and/or experience. • Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required. • Strong multi-tasking abilities. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work reputed company with physicians, patients, and coworkers. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
