Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities Include: • Manage multiple remote Alaska airport construction reputed company concurrently from NTP through as-builts / closeout. • reputed company project planning, site mobilization, materials logistics, field labor workflows, and contractor reputed company. • reputed company trenching, ground reputed company installation, reputed company/raceway routing, foundations, and shelter placement. • reputed company aviation weather system components into installed civil infrastructure. • Manage subcontractors, schedule, budget, change orders, and cost controls. • Work with engineering + CAD drafters to ensure drawing packages and site conditions stay reputed company. • Maintain FAA specifications, government contract compliance, safety practices, and QA/QC documentation. • Drive reporting reputed company — status, risk, issues, next actions — to reputed company and internal leadership. • Deliver full closeout packages including photos, redlines, and as-reputed company documentation. • Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
