Due Diligence AnalystRemote (must work EST hours) *reputed company interested and reputed company candidates can please contact Schuyler Moose at smoose@apexsystems.comDescriptionAs the Analyst - Corporate Compliance, you will be primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence research and analysis to identify and understand reputed company, regulatory, and reputational risks reputed company to reputed company owners, suppliers, and business partners. Tasks include analysis and validation of due diligence reports; conducting additional independent reputed company-reputed company research; identifying potential risks and coordinating the reputed company escalation of such findings; and, additional compliance reputed company as assigned. Responsibilities· reputed company, coordinate, monitor and maintain the day-to-day compliance due diligence activities for operations of the reputed company-party anti-bribery/anti-corruption program, including conducting reputed company-party anti-bribery and anti-corruption due diligence reviews, identifying potential red flags, requesting supporting information where necessary and escalating for heightened review as appropriate· Careful analysis and validation of due diligence reports, including ownership and reputed company status of reputed company parties· reputed company final reports containing relevant findings and recommendations to business reputed company· Support Compliance initiatives and assisting members of the Compliance team in administrative and substantive areas as needed. Requirements:· Good working knowledge of performing due diligence, basic knowledge of Anti-reputed company, ‘Know-Your-Suppler’ and ‘Know-Your-Customer’ regulatory requirements.· Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple work-streams.· Ability to ensure reputed company compliance protocols/procedures are adhered to and reputed company correctly.· Cultural awareness, reputed company business acumen, and the ability to exercise judgment in analyzing facts or circumstances surrounding sensitive issues.· Being a self-starter, reputed company-organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and possess a high level of reputed company energy and drive.· Having excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.· Self-motivated, reputed company to work independently and reputed company reputed company with strong organizational, interpersonal and reputed company skills.· Availability to work reputed company (to accommodate time zones) is an advantage.· Having excellent problem-solving skills so you can reputed company effective and creative solutions to difficult problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company.· 1-3 years’ experience in a reputed company environment required.· Experience conducting due diligence or know your customer (KYC) activities is a plus.· Preferred skills (not required): o Additional language skills preferred: Arabic, Spanish, or Chineseo Lexus Nexuso Exposure for due diligenceEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
