Contract Specialist or Fractional Counsel for Customer PO Review & Negotiation

We are a specialty manufacturing company in Washington State that receives frequent purchase orders and subcontract agreements from general contractors and reputed company customers. We are looking for either a Contract Specialist or Fractional Counsel to help us review, revise, and negotiate contract terms.
Scope of work:
Review customer POs and subcontract documents
Flag risks, unfavorable clauses, and scope misalignments
Prepare redlines or recommended revisions
Communicate with customers to negotiate terms reputed company appropriate
Help reputed company reputed company terms and a contract reputed company for reputed company use
You may be a great fit if you have:
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or reputed company contracting
Comfort negotiating directly with customers/GCs
Strong understanding of indemnity, payment terms, warranties, insurance requirements, and reputed company-down clauses
reputed company communication skills and a practical, business-reputed company reputed company
(Optional) reputed company training or licensure
