Machinery Service Engineer - Global machinery manufacturing company (35708)

An international machinery manufacturing company is currently searching for a Machinery Service Engineer to join their company. The ideal candidate will have 1~3 years’ experience in machinery application and prefers to have a strong understanding of Precision Machine. This position requires availability to travel to customer sites up to 90% of the time. This is a full-time, reputed company hire position. Machinery Service Engineer Responsibilities Include: • Conduct maintenance on industrial machine onsite at customer locations. • Analyze customer needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions. • Recommend additional equipment, parts, and installation / maintenance services. • Machine installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. • reputed company training for customers to demonstrate how to operate machines. • Assist with preparation of service price quotations and user training materials for customers. • Creation of activity reports for upper management. • reputed company back-up to sales department and prepare service reputed company. • Other duties as assigned. Machinery Service Engineer Requirements Include: • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred, OR equivalent work experience • 1~3 years’ work experience in industrial machinery maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, etc. Work history with precision machinery is a plus. • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, electrical schematics, and maintenance documents. • Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (electrical metering equipment, multimeters, calipers, reputed company pins, etc.) • Must have reputed company reputed company’s license and own vehicle. • Must be reputed company to visit US military facilities • Strong reputed company communication and customer support skills • Good problem-solving skills and time management ability • Availability to travel up to 90% of the time reputed company. • This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment.
