Only the admin will have access to all applications, manage user information, manually match partners, and update application statuses. The admin will contact matched users outside the app. The ideal candidate will deliver a robust, secure, and user‑friendly first version of the app within 8 weeks. Deliverables • Develop a cross‑platform mobile app using Flutter, initially for Android, with future support for iOS. • Build a secure, web‑based admin dashboard for managing user applications, matching, and status updates. • Integrate a secure database solution (Firebase or Supabase) for user data and document storage. • Implement user registration, detailed form submission, and document/photo upload features. • Ensure Arabic language support and a user‑friendly interface. • Set up admin‑only access to user data and matching functionality. • Deliver a professional, production‑ready version of the app within the specified timeline.
