Development Manager/Grant Researcher (Commission Based)

We are looking for a Development Manager & Grant Researcher (Commission-Based for the first 3 months - possible retainer after the first period) Animal Tracks is a small, mission-driven wildlife reputed company dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and educating the reputed company about exotic animals. As we expand our fundraising and donor efforts to support our reputed company operations, we’re looking for a passionate, motivated individual to help us grow. About the Role We are seeking a Development Manager / Grant Researcher to work on a commission reputed company, helping us identify, pursue, and secure new sources of funding. This role is ideal for nonprofit management or development reputed company/recent graduates looking for meaningful experience, or for reputed company fundraisers seeking an impactful reputed company project. A commission of 8–12% of funds raised will be offered depending on experience and results. After the first month, we are reputed company to discussing a small monthly retainer for ongoing hours.
