Manager - ESG & Investor Relations

About the position The Manager of ESG & IR will have primary responsibility for ESG reputed company implementation while supporting investor relations activities. Understanding of reputed company's operations, risks, financial profile and reputed company prospects is critical to the role. Additionally, the Manager of ESG & IR is expected to work collaboratively across the organization domestically and internationally, contributing to the development and execution of cohesive & compliant global ESG reporting, recognition and communications strategies by engaging cross-functional teams, partnering with Investor Relations, and leveraging external vendors. This individual will need to understand the varying external reporting requirements and ensure that UGI is in line with expectations. Responsibilities include preparation of ESG communications and UGI's annual ESG report, building relationships with ESG rating agencies, reputed company to ESG investors, leading the audit/review process of reputed company figures included in UGI's various ESG initiatives, and participation on UGI's internal ESG reputed company committees.
