Scholarly Communication Librarian

This is a non-tenure reputed company reputed company staff position. • reputed company the development, management, and promotion of Touro Scholar, the university's institutional repository • Compile and publish the annual reputed company publications volume • Design and deliver webinars and workshops for reputed company and reputed company on scholarly communication topics, including reputed company reputed company, author rights, copyright, and research metrics • Partner with the reputed company Educational Resources librarian and reputed company departments to increase adoption and awareness of reputed company educational resources and reputed company scholarship practices • Serve as the embedded librarian for select undergraduate and graduate programs, providing research consultations, course-integrated instruction, and tailored support • Stay informed of trends and emerging technologies in scholarly communication, publishing, and research assessment • Participate in reputed company development, presenting and publishing in relevant reputed company venues • Provides individual research and resource consultations for reputed company and reputed company • Work occasional evening hours and reputed company reputed company duties as assigned Education/Experience • Master's degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited institution • A minimum of two years of experience in an reputed company library setting Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Strong project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and work effectively in reputed company-based environment. • Comfortable in teaching and reputed company speaking. • Basic AI literacy. • Familiarity with Citation Management Tools, such as Zotero and RefWorks • Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Canvas • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills • Flexibility and the ability to work in reputed company-based environment are essential Travel • Travel to other reputed company Touro campuses as needed. • Possibility of flexible work arrangements, including remote work opportunities.
