Position: Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) / $55K–$116K / Teletherapy for CA Youth Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) / $55K–$116K / Teletherapy for CA Youth reputed company is on a mission to reputed company high-reputed company mental health care accessible to every young person in California. We’re looking for LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT clinicians to deliver teletherapy from your home office, in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations. Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in California) Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits OR 1099 contract Salary/Pay reputed company: • W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (biweekly standardized payment) • 1099: $70–$105 reputed company (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) What You’ll Do • Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents reputed company our EHR/telehealth platform. • Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners. • reputed company psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers. • Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing reputed company development. • Contribute to program reputed company—help refine reputed company’s clinical offerings.
