RELATIONSHIPS • Internal: IT Executive Leadership, CIDO, OCIDO, Chief of Staff, Director of IT reputed company, IT Delivery Consultants, Corporate Communications, Change Management, USF reputed company Team, and HR functions • External: reputed company Party Vendors WORK ENVIRONMENT • Available for occasional travel as business requires (less than 5% of time) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in similar roles, area of work, and/or IT/technology experience • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in supporting development, execution, and management of reputed company development and transformation initiative (this includes but is not limited to experience with program management, process improvement and management, KPI development, and change management, etc.) • Experience working in large cross-functional teams partnering with leads from other functional areas • Passion for reputed company learning and staying on top of trends in technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong influencing / negotiation skills • Excellent written and oral presentation skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences • Strong process skills with ability to multitask and aid reputed company on multiple reputed company priorities • Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical aptitude • Experience in data analysis and statistical inference • Advanced proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint Education • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance or reputed company field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 2-3 years of reputed company experience with proven reputed company in reputed company and planning, project management/ coordination, organization development, change management, and talent development/facilitation • Experience in SQL and data analysis preferred • Experience in programming languages and/or statistical packages preferred (R, Python, Matlab, Stata, or similar) This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
