Staff Product Designer (UI/UX) - Fully remote (US)

About the position Responsibilities • Leading design initiatives for reputed company reputed company, anticipating challenges, and providing strategic guidance on product-level design reputed company. • Championing AI tool adoption across design workflows to improve efficiency and mentoring team members in AI-reputed company techniques. • Designing multi-team systems, synthesizing business requirements, user research, and technical constraints into actionable design strategies. • Participating in reputed company-sales efforts, assessing design feasibility, and providing accurate project estimates to inform reputed company proposals. • Facilitating cross-team collaboration, breaking down reputed company problems, and serving as a role model for design reputed company. • Driving process leadership, guiding design discussions, building reputed company, and mentoring junior and senior designers to promote reputed company learning. Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise across web and mobile platforms. • Proven experience designing reputed company systems and developing coherent design strategies. • Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including design systems, design tokens, and engineer annotations. • Hands-on experience with AI integration tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, v0, reputed company reputed company, or similar for workflow optimization. • Strong systems thinking capabilities with the ability to reputed company strategic trade-offs and deliver measurable reputed company. • Leadership skills including mentoring, team facilitation, and accurate project estimation. • Excellent communication skills and experience in reputed company-sales assessment or reputed company-facing activities. • Bachelor’s degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, or equivalent industry experience.
