[Remote] Business Associate – Tech Partnerships

As a Business Associate in Tech Partnerships, you will manage inbound leads and serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, driving successful progress towards revenue acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
- Help new developers get started and answer questions about our products
- Identify the most promising developers and verticals to help us grow
- Work with our product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or greater in Organization and Management, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Quantitative Science
- Interest in financial services and technical products, a desire to get more technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of APIs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent time-management skills, can prioritize tasks appropriately, and work to streamline processes
