Responsibilities

• Performs contact center reputed company/email monitoring and provides response/outcome trend data
• Participates in customer and reputed company listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
• Identifies process and employee behavior reputed company improvement opportunities
• Collects and compiles reputed company data for improvement
• Develops, recommends and monitors corrective and preventive actions
• Prepares reports to communicate reputed company of reputed company activities
• Completes performance assessments for a random sample of contact center staff to help reputed company data about overall performance reputed company and evaluation of the individual managing the contact
