We are seeking a Gen AI Software Engineer to join Inktel's AI team and contribute to ongoing BPO and contact center AI projects. This role is ideal for a motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives on building practical, enterprise-level AI solutions. You will collaborate with a small, dynamic team on projects ranging from voice AI agents to backend automation, with flexibility across tech stacks. This is a full-time, long-term position with no fixed end date, offering the opportunity to grow with the company and make a tangible impact on multiple AI-driven initiatives. Responsibilities • Design and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects. • Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems. • Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready. • Collaborate with the core team (John and Diana) while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. • Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challenges.
