Territory/Location: Scottsdale / Paradise Valley / New River / Anthem Responsibilities • Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and reputed company individualized treatment plans. • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. • reputed company patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to reputed company holistic, patient-centered care. • Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of patient reputed company and treatment plans.
