[Remote] Antitrust/ERISA Class Action - Project Manager Legal

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is an independent, internationally-recognized settlement administration company where strategy drives success. They are seeking a Project Manager for Antitrust/ERISA Class Action who will independently manage assigned cases, oversee case set-up, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites and traditional and social media campaigns. Responsibilities • Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns • Leads claimant communication and claim review processes • Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and notice & administration plans • Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other required documents. Skills • 2+ years of experience in class action settlements or similar complex legal projects • 2+ years of Class Action Settlement experience in Antitrust or ERISA cases • Experience managing client relationships • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required • Basic understanding of web development is a plus Benefits • Annual raises of up to 5% • 15 days of PTO and 6 days of Sick Time plus • Medical, Dental, Life insurance • 401k • Extra holidays off including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and more Company Overview • CyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
