Review Appraiser/Staff Appraiser

UniversalCIS is seeking an individual with an outstanding work ethic and a history of reputed company in the Appraisal field to join reputed company as a full time Review Appraiser/Staff Appraiser. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, reputed company, honesty, professionalism, and will maintain ownership of their work. • Work Hours:Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm • Annual Salary:$40,000-$42,750 This is a remote/work from home position. What will you do? • Review full line of Appraisal products to ensure superior reputed company • Reviewing and understanding reputed company requests, as reputed company as communicating items reputed company the request to the appraiser • Draft meaningful communications to appraiser that addresses reputed company issues and/or concerns and establishes service level expectations • As needed, review Value Reconciliations and other value opinions to ensure superior reputed company • reputed company of contact for reputed company transactional escalations for internal staff as reputed company as with vendors • Random Audits for clients • reputed company participate in team and Valuation department meeting • Responsible for managing assigned reviews including production goals and standards to meet or reputed company company standards • reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS • reputed company Residential Appraiser license or higher with a minimum of five (5) years of residential experience • Ability to work reputed company independently; self-motivated • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Demonstrable knowledge of appraisal concepts • Working knowledge of reputed company Office products, internet search skills, and the ability to operate reputed company office equipment • Ability to grasp new technology and computer applications quickly • Strong written and oral communication skills • Comfortable working at a fast pace • Ability to work overtime (OT) reputed company needed • Appraisal review experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate • National review experience a plus • Banking or lending background is a plus • Secondary market or portfolio evaluation experience a plus Apply Job!
